We kindly ask you to note that our 25% deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as it covers the time, planning, and admin that goes into creating and securing your booking. You will be required to enter your credit card details at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or are unavailable for your booking, please note the deposit can’t be refunded or moved to another date.
For booking dates more than 6 weeks away, the deposit will be retained if you choose to cancel a service or your booking. However, in some circumstances we endeavor to be compassionate and may be able to offer a postponement at our discretion and we will attempt to book the same artist pending availability. Please note that rescheduling may incur a 15% fee based on your total updated quote.
For changes made within 6 weeks of your booking, the deposit will still be held, and a $50 cancellation fee per artist per service will apply.

Additional Fees to be paid:
Early morning bookings prior to a 6:30am start time will incur an early fee
Public holiday bookings may come with a surcharge
Trial prices vary by artist and can take place either at their home studio or at your location – a travel fee may apply if the artist is travelling to you.
Any parking costs incurred by your artist are to be covered/reimbursed. Where available Valet Parking will be used and charged to room number on arrival.
You will be required to enter your credit card details at the time of booking.
If you notify us that you can no longer attend your appointment prior to 72 hours of your booking, we can reschedule or provide a credit note valid for 6 months. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you notify us that you can no longer attend your appointment prior to 48 hours of your booking, we can offer to reschedule or provide a credit note valid for 6 months with no additional fees.
If you notify us that you can no longer attend your appointment within 48 hours of your booking, you will forfeit the full amount paid for your booking.
Studio credits are valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation and cannot be redeemed towards other services booked, such as weddings or trials.
If you become unwell, please try and provide us with as much notice as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you.
During the race period, Saturday the 1st of November – Saturday the 8th of November 2025, please note that there will be no refunds or credits issued for all studio bookings. You are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else to be used on the date and time booked only.
Any bookings prior to November 1st 2025, and after Saturday 8th November 2025, our usual studio cancellation policy will apply. Please understand this is our busiest week of the year, with multiple artists and appointments each day that need careful management. We are not able to swap or change appointment dates or times during this period.
Due to the limited number of workshops and categories we have created, we are unable to offer a reschedule or refund if you are no longer able to attend.
All workshop tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person otherwise your ticket will be forfeited.
In the unlikely event the workshop has less than 75% attendees booked, we reserve the right to cancel/postpone this session to a later date. You will be contacted with alternative arrangements.
Workshop tickets cannot be redeemed towards other services such as studio appointments, weddings or trials.
