Admin Superstar & Bridal Sales Extraordinaire

Full Time: 38 hours per week

Hybrid role (3 days at our Prahran office, 2 days working remotely)

Apply now to join our team as an Agency booker, admin & sales extraordinaire! This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our growing agency. The ideal candidate will be organised, sales-driven, and possess strong administrative skills. They should thrive in a small team environment, where collaboration and teamwork are essential.

 

WHO ARE WE?

Tonic Agency is an established hair and makeup agency specialising in the wedding industry, with additional expertise in fashion and commercial. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hair and makeup services and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

 

WHAT DOES BEING A BOOOKING AGENT INVOLVE?

  • Overseeing and responding to all new sales enquiries for weddings, commercial & events, across Melbourne and Sydney.

  • Actively engage with clients and brides to understand their hair and makeup needs for weddings and events.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and artists.

  • Generate leads and drive sales through effective communication and outreach.

  • Manage bookings and schedules efficiently to ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Coordinate our calendar alongside our hair stylists & makeup artists to fulfil client requirements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns promptly.

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as invoicing, creating/updating client proposals, booking details and schedules.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the agency by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and be involved in onboarding new artist talent to join our growing team.

 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty/retail or wedding industry but not essential.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both email and phone

  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and support colleagues as needed.

  • Proficiency in a variety of computer programs and ability to adapt to new software systems.

  • A BIG passion for beauty, weddings, and events.

  • Comfortable working in our office located in Prahran three days a week, with the flexibility and capability to work remotely for two days.
